Forget recommending horse equipment, top Eventers William Fox-Pitt and Ian Stark are donating their favourite recipes for publication on a charity calendar.

Despite competing in nearly 40 events throughout Britain alone, William Fox-Pitt takes a bit of time to entertain with his “fastest, most delicious dinner party main for busy people” named ‘loin of white fish’.
All in aid of Helen’s Trust which has been set up to help incurably ill people to stay in their own homes, William is one of 12 athletes, such as Rebecca Adlington and Ian Stark, who have donated their favorite recipe to help raise money

Lucy Nickson, of Helens Trust asked the athletes: “What’s your favourite food - or a dish that’s helped you on the way to medal success?”
