Whilst every effort is made to ensure the prices on our websites are accurate, prices may alter, either up or down. This also applies to the rate of VAT. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you either by telephone or email.
All prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling and include UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If the price is marked with a * this indicates the item is zero-rated.
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the EC then our sales tax will be zero. Orders dispatched to EC member countries will include VAT. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duty levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility.
All products on this website are sold under English law.
Availability of goods
All orders are accepted subject to availability of goods. Whilst we endeavour to hold our full collection in stock, we cannot guarantee that goods will be available at all times. If an item is out of stock we will always give an indication of when it will be available.
At Dogwood we take great care over the way each item is photographed and described, so that we give as much detailed and accurate information as we can to help you with your purchase. Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, colours, prices and measurements are correct, but we reserve the right to effect changes which we may not always notify you of.
Specifications may change from time to time for reasons beyond our control. Should you be unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Our technical team take great care to ensure colours are reproduced as accurately as possible on our website and in our brochures. Variations in the colour settings on computer monitors and the limitations of colour reproduction may mean a slight variation in the colour shown on the website and the actual colour of the item. Should you be unhappy with the colour of the item when it arrives you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided it is in unused, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Wherever possible all clothing and footwear are in standard UK sizes.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase through the Dogwood website. We are so confident in the quality of our goods that we stand by each and everything we sell and guarantee it for 12 months from the delivery date. Providing the item has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and in a manner for which it was designed and intended to be used, without any modifications, we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund.

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of horse clothing and footwear we are unable to handle and inspect any equipment unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
How to shop online at Dogwood
When you shop for equestrian and field sports goods at Dogwood London we want you to have an online shopping experience that's the best you have ever had. To make it as easy as possible to find what you're looking for, or to simply browse to your heart's content, we have several ways to help you find your way round.
The navigation bar will take you straight to the department you wish to visit. Click on one of the links on the left and you will be presented with a list of product categories within that department. Click on a category to see all the products available. NB. Products may appear in more than one category.
If you know exactly what you're looking for, ie: 'stable rug' or 'dressage saddle' then type it into the search bar and click enter. You will then be taken straight to a list of items that match your search term so you can make your selection.
Your shopping bag
To select an item that you wish to purchase, click on the 'Add to bag' button next to the product. Some items will also require you to choose a size and colour.
You can then proceed with the purchase by clicking on the 'Check out' button, or you can continue browsing and shopping by clicking on the 'Continue shopping' button.
You can review the contents of your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the 'Shopping bag' button at the top right corner of each page.
Changing items in your shopping bag
To change the quantities of a product in your shopping bag simply type a new quantity into the 'No. of items required' box next to the item and then click on 'Update bag'.
Removing an item from your shopping bag
To remove an item from your shopping bag, tick the 'Remove item' box next to the product(s) you wish to remove and then click on 'Update bag'.
Completing your purchase
Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping bag, click on the 'Continue to checkout' button. You will be asked to give your name, delivery address and email address (for order confirmation and correspondence).
Our standard delivery takes up to 14 working days from receipt of your order. We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Next day delivery is available between Monday and Thursday. You will be asked to select your preferred delivery option at the checkout.
Dogwood Deliveries and returns
We aim to despatch most goods, via courier, within 24 hours of the order being placed, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. If under exceptional circumstances your goods are out of stock or will take more than the stipulated 14 days, we will personally contact you to ensure you are kept up to date with your order's progress. Your card will not be charged for an item until it has been despatched.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail, subsequently once the goods have been despatched an additional email will be sent along with your receipt.
Your receipt is sent electronically so if you choose to send goods direct to a loved one, the price will not be shown on any of the included documentation.
If you have opted for next day delivery, the goods will need to be signed for at the delivery address. It is recommended before opting for next day delivery that you ring 0845 30 10 365 to ensure your goods are in stock. Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 11am, Monday-Thursday.
Our courier will make two delivery attempts. If after the second attempt a signature cannot be obtained for the goods, a charge of £5.00 will be levied. It may then be necessary to collect the goods from our courier’s local depot.
If there is usually no one at home during the day, you may wish to provide an alternative delivery address, such as your place of work, where you or your representative can accept and sign for the delivery.
Parcels that are returned to Dogwood where a signature could not be obtained and where the goods have not been collected from our courier’s local depot within five days will be subject to a £15.00 charge for the courier to return the goods to our warehouse. This charge will be made direct to your debit/credit card.
Our delivery charges are fixed, no matter how large your order. Prices include VAT and insurance.

- Orders for next working day delivery must be placed by 11.00 am Monday to Thursday. Orders placed for next working day delivery after 2.00 pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Excluding public bank holidays.

Dogwood at Inch’s is truly international; we deliver our goods to every corner of the world. The prices displayed on our website are UK prices (in GBP) which are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
For all international orders we first ascertain whether VAT is applicable (if not we exclude this from the price) and we then work out the total cost of the goods, including international postage. Every international order is calculated on an individual ‘bespoke’ basis, so you can rest assured you are only paying the postage costs for your particular item, not a standard international ‘flat rate’.

Our no fuss guarantee
We want you to be delighted with everything you purchase from the Dogwood collection. You may return your goods to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or at our option, a refund, provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.
Your refund will not include postage costs.
NB. Products that have been 'made to measure' or to a customer's specification are non returnable and non refundable, unless faulty.
How to return or exchange goods
1. Complete the Returns Form sent with your order, indicating the reason for returning the goods and whether you would like to exchange the goods or have a refund. Enclose the form in your returned parcel.
2. Address the parcel to:

3. Take your parcel to your local post office. Returned goods are posted at your own expense and we recommend that they are sent by recorded delivery. Proof of postage should be retained until you have received your replacement goods or refund.
4. Once we have received your returned goods your replacement goods will be despatched or your payment will be refunded by whichever method it was made, minus the postage costs. This may take up to 14 working days from receipt of your returned goods. Should the replacement goods be out of stock we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date.
5. Returns from overseas must be marked clearly with 'Returned goods of UK origin' to allow UK customs clearance. If you do not follow these instructions and customs charge duty on the returned goods we will reject the parcel and it will be returned to you.
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. We will reimburse all your normal carriage costs. If you require help on any aspect of our returns policy please contact us. We will not charge you postage for sending the replacement items.
In the case of overseas transactions you will have to pay for shipping costs both to return the item and to ship the replacement.

Once you have completed your transaction you will be given an order number. This should be quoted in the event of any query. You will receive an order confirmation by email to the address you have supplied and a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched. At Dogwood our number one priority is the security of your personal information and we take every reasonable step to ensure our online shopping system is as secure as possible.
This website uses a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transfer information from your computer to us. Your personal information is transferred and stored in an encrypted form. The padlock symbol at the bottom of your web browser during the payment process shows that the data transfer is secure.
We do everything possible to ensure our customer's privacy is protected at all times and we are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.
You can access the Dogwood website, browse its pages and add items to your shopping bag without disclosing any personal data.
When you are ready to complete your purchase and click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button, you will be asked to provide some information about yourself.
What personal information do we ask for?
When you purchase goods on the Dogwood website we will ask you to provide your name, address, day time and evening phone numbers and an email address (for order confirmation and correspondence).
You will also be asked for your credit card details, so your payment can be processed. All the information you provide will be transmitted to us over our secure network. We do not keep records of customers' credit card or bank details once the transaction has gone through. See Site security for more information.
How we use your personal information
We use the information that we collect about you for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. To enable us to do this we may disclose some of your personal information to reputable companies in order to fulfill your order or to process your data on our behalf.
If you have ticked the box requesting information about new products or special offers, you may also receive correspondence from us by post or email.
