Are you passionate about horses and horse riding? Do you fancy yourself as a bit of an artist? Do you have a natural flair for design, or are you simply one of those people with great imagination? If you answer yes to any of these questions then this is the competition for you.

In conjunction with The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials, Goodyear tyres is offering a one-off opportunity to help theme a fence for Burghley’s world famous 4star cross country track. This is an opportunity not to be missed, not only will your fence be part of one of the world’s most prestigious equestrian events, but you can also look forward to being treated like VIP.

There are two age categories:

1. Under 16’s

2. Over 16’s

The prize for the over 16’s is to win VIP hospitality for two at the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials on the 1st September 2007.

The under 16’s winner will be invited with their family (max 4) to preview the course, receive a framed print of their theme signed by course designer Captain Mark Phillips and have an exclusive tour of the stables.

The spokesperson for Goodyear, Ron Pike, says

“We are looking for theming concepts rather than a final fence design.”

So ideas can be as innovative as you like; be it an underwater theme, a famous city, tropical or futuristic…simply let your imagination run wild!

The deadline for submission is the 18 May 2007. Log on to www.mygoodyear.co.uk.

Designs will be judged by a panel of equestrian experts as well as visitors to the Goodyear website.

So get scribbling away, if you enjoy horse riding then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
