Musto launches Munro shooting jacket

Equestrian and country clothing manufacturer Musto has recently announced an addition to its shooting range of garments.

The Munro Jacket, Breeks and Trousers are crafted from a special Gore-Tex performance shell fabric that is both waterproof and breathable and is available in Pro Tweed and light Green colouring.

The Musto Pro Tweed is an innovative step for Musto, given that it is the first time the natural camouflaged benefits of tweed have been used in a manmade fabric. The benefits of a Gore-Tex tweed over traditional tweed include the way it repels water whilst remaining windproof and breathable. This means that unlike traditional tweed jackets, the Munro Pro Tweed does not change colour, absorb water and darken when it gets wet.

Musto clothing has a rich heritage and the new Musto Pro Tweed is just an indication of its willingness to embrace new technology whilst retaining the shape, style and effectiveness that Musto has become so well known for.
