As one of the best known names in the Dressage world Carl Hester needs no introduction, however, despite scoring the highest mark ever for a British dressage rider at the Athens Olympics in 2004, his place in this years Olympic team is by no means a foregone conclusion.

Carl is currently campaigning his part owned horse Dolendo in the Spanish Sunshine Tour along with fellow Brit Richard Davison. The three weeks of international competition are a chance for the British riders to prove their worth to the British team selectors.

With the likes of Carl Hester and reigning World Cup dressage rider Isabell Werth both wearing König boots, they have become the riding boot of choice for the dressage fraternity. It is likely that Spanish Sunshine Tour will have a strong contingent of König donning riders.
