The Mark Todd Rug Liner is ideal for use under stable or turnout rugs. It has been made from 210 denier Polyester with a nylon lining for anti-rub purposes and 250g filling for extra warmth and comfort. It features a single stitched belly strap, front clips for safety and large rings to be used in conjunction with the leg straps of the top rug.
