For the rider that wants a serious working boot, the Konig Komet ticks all the boxes. In rich dark brown leather, the high cut Komet is ideal for the rider who wants an everyday riding boot that gives them the same feeling & security as their competition riding boot.
The Konig Komet is favoured by serious dressage riders that want to get the same feeling of security, comfort, style and looks that they get in their competition boot but with the added practicality and durability that is found in a general everyday work boot. It is the case that most riding boots are an either/or affair, where you either have a beautiful dressage boot such as the Konig Sir and then a sub standard everyday riding boot, or, go to the expense of having a competition boot for both work and show. The Komet solves this age old problem as it is in effect a work boot with all the attributes that one could hope to find in their competition footwear. Crafted from the best full-grain box side leather for extreme robustness, the Konig Komet is as serious a work boot as they come. As standard in a beautiful deep dark brown, the Komet, like the Grandgester and Sir has a high dressage cut and incorporates a front zip that does not hinder or come into contact with the horse. The fact that it does not come into contact also means that it does not get clogged up with sweat, horse hair, mud or any of the other trapping of normal day to day riding. The shaft of the boot is completely leather lined and has a whalebone reinforcements and a Lefa heel cap. It’s welted leather sole and high dressage cut finishes off what is not only one of the most sought after Konig riding boots on the market, but riding boots in their entirety. If you’re serious about your dressage and want a boot that will do all your hours schooling and preparation justice, the Konig Komet is the long riding boot for you. This particular Konig boot comes in a brown as standard but is available in a number of other colours to order. For more information on the particular colours available please call 0845 30 10 365 to discuss your requirements. |
