The Sasta Ahma Thermo Jacket is your classic country jacket. As well as having all the properties you expect – waterproofing, windproofing, warmth and breathability – it also has lots more, thanks to its advanced-performance design and fabric.

Some jackets just don't cut it when the conditions are particularly poor. Fortunately, the Sasta Ahma Thermo Jacket is most certainly not one of these.

This superior jacket is crafted in the traditional country style which we love so much, but also contains lots of advanced technology to ensure that you get the best possible protection from the weather.

It features Gore-Tex for total windproofing and waterproofing so you never need worry about even the slightest dampness or breath of wind getting through. On top of this, the material is also breathable so moisture can find its way out.

The soft, silent shell of the Ahma Jacket means that you can move without rustling; an issue which can often arise with other jackets.

There are two deep zipped pockets at the front of this jacket, as well as another zipped pocket inside which is perfect for a map. In addition, there is a pocket which could accommodate either a mobile phone or a radio.

Musto clothing and Technical Tweed

Mustos Tailored Tweed material is made from a combination of high twist Cheviot and Worsted wool, which are both renowned for their smooth, soft properties. These high twist yawns also help to keep the wind and rain out, allowing you to enjoy your field sports in even the most exposed places.

A thin nylon filament is also threaded into the material in order to improve tensile strength and reduce water absorption. It also offers protection from rips and tears, which, as many sportsmen know, are very easy to pick up when walking across rough land. The Tailored Tweed fabric used in Musto clothing also has extended souring and features a high pressure thermoset, maximising cloth stability and consolidation.

Another feature which provides additional protection against rain is the Technical Tweeds Teflon finish. This is applied to the outer cloth and acts to repel water, further reducing the level of moisture absorption by the country clothing.

A hydrophilic performance drop liner is then incorporated into Mustos Technical Tweed clothing. This liner provides full waterproofing and windproofing, offering you maximum protection from the weather. It is also breathable, allowing moisture to escape outwards through the fabric which leaves you comfortable, dry and warm.
